# Mapping Window

> Set up country-specific VAT field mappings between Company VAT Lookup and HubSpot.

Use the **Mapping Window** to tailor VAT field mappings to your business requirements and country-specific data structure.

## How It Works

    Choose the country you want to configure from the dropdown.

  <Step>
    Review the pre-mapped fields such as Company Name and Address.

  </Step>

  <Step>
    For fields marked **Not Mapped**, use **Actions** to assign the correct HubSpot property.

  <Step>
    If a required field does not exist yet in HubSpot, create a new HubSpot property from the mapping screen.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Make sure all mandatory fields are mapped, then click **Save Mappings**.
