# Prerequisites

> This document outlines the essential prerequisites for successfully integrating HubSpot and Xero. Adhering to these requirements will ensure a smooth integration process, optimal data synchronization, and secure operation. 

**Before you begin the integration process, please ensure you have the following:**

* **Active HubSpot Account:** You must have an active HubSpot account with administrative access. This is crucial for configuring the integration and managing your sales data.
* **Active Xero Account:** Similarly, an active Xero account with administrative access is required. This will allow the integration to create and manage financial records.
* **Authentication Credentials:** Have your login credentials for both HubSpot and Xero readily available. You will need these to connect the accounts securely.

Ensuring these prerequisites are met will help you have a smooth and successful integration setup.
