  This integration helps you:

  * Automatically fetch and validate company information using VAT numbers
  * Keep your Pipedrive CRM data accurate and up-to-date
  * Access official company data from government databases
  * Perform bulk updates of company information
  * Track data synchronization status

<Accordion title="How do I install the integration?">
  * Click "Install Now" in the Pipedrive marketplace
  * Select the Pipedrive account where you want to install the app
  * Click "Allow and Install"
  * Grant the necessary permissions The app will be installed automatically on the selected account

<Accordion title="How does the mapping configuration work?">
  The mapping process involves:

  * Select your country from the dropdown menu
  * Review pre-mapped fields (Company Name, Address, etc.)
  * For unmapped fields (shown as 'Not Mapped'), click 'Actions' to assign a Pipedrive property
  * Create new Pipedrive properties if needed
  * Ensure all mandatory fields are mapped (Company Name is required for all countries)
  * Click '**Save Mappings**' when finished

<Accordion title="What country-specific data fields are available?">
  Different countries have specific data fields:

  * Australia: state and zip code
  * Finland: city and language
  * Denmark: registration number, phone, and email
  * Norway: municipality, industry description, state, zip code and extra information
  * Switzerland: state, zip code, capital nominal
  * UK: capital nominal

  * Find the Marketplace icon at the top of the page
  * Click on "**My Apps**"
  * Click on the Company VAT app
  * Select "**Settings**"
  * Click on "**Customize Mapping**"

<Accordion title="I'm seeing an error message that says 'Products are not enabled for the company'. How do I fix this?">
  To resolve this issue, you need to enable Products in your Pipedrive account:

  * Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of Pipedrive
  * Select "**Tools and apps**" from the dropdown menu
  * Click on "**Products**"
  * Click the button to enable products for your company

<Accordion title="Which countries' databases does the integration support?">
  The integration currently supports data retrieval from:

  * Australia (Australian Business Registry Services - ABRS)
  * UK (Companies House)
  * Switzerland (Commercial Register)
  * Finland (Finnish Patent and Registration Office - PRH)
  * Norway (Brønnøysund Register Centre)
  * Denmark (Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister - CVR)

<Accordion title="How does the bulk update feature work?">
  To update multiple companies:

  * Click on "**Contacts**" from the left navigation menu
  * Click on "**Organizations**"
  * Select the companies you wish to update by checking the boxes next to them
  * Click on the three dots (⋮) menu at the top
  * Select "**VAT lookup bulk update**" option
  * The app will update the selected companies with the latest data from official VAT databases

<Accordion title="Can I create new custom properties through the integration?">
  Yes, you can create new custom properties by:

  * Find the Marketplace icon (top of the page)
  * Click on "**My Apps**"
  * Click on the Company VAT app
  * Select "**Settings**"
  * Click on "**Customize Mapping**"
  * Click on "**Create new Pipedrive property**"
  * Provide a label and name for the property
  * The new property will be added to your Pipedrive Company list

<Accordion title="How does VAT lookup and data updating work with VAT numbers?">
  You can update company data by:

  * Using the search window to enter either a company name or VAT number
  * Selecting the appropriate country first in the search window
  * Using the search window in the CRM card to find company matches
  * Adding basic company data directly to your CRM

  The integration synchronizes:

  * Company Properties
  * Basic company data for all supported countries

  Yes, other Pipedrive users within the same company can also use the integration at NO additional cost. All they need to do is simply install the Company-VAT-Lookup integration from Cloudify on their respective Pipedrive accounts.
