# Bulk Update

The Bulk Update feature in the Danish CVR app is a powerful tool for efficient data management. It allows users to:

1. Simultaneously update multiple company records with the latest official Danish data
2. Significantly reduce time and effort in maintaining CRM accuracy
3. Ensure compliance and make informed decisions based on current information
4. Quickly prepare for campaigns or strategic initiatives with fresh data
5. Scale data management practices efficiently as the business grows

#### **How Does It Work?**

    Select all the organizations and click on the three-dot icon at the top right corner of the page.

  <Step>
    Click on the "**CVR Bulk Update"** option. A pop-up will appear.

    After clicking on **Update**, all organizations with a valid CVR number will be updated.
