  This integration helps you:

  * Sync Danish company data from virk.dk to your Pipedrive CRM
  * Search and add Danish companies using CVR numbers or company names
  * Access comprehensive financial data for Danish companies
  * Use advanced search filters (location, employee count, industry type)
  * Automatically create associated contacts for companies

<Accordion title="I have installed the app, but how do I add/update company data now?">
  You have following options:

  * Use the "Search Organization" option in the Danish CVR Lookup panel in Pipedrive
  * Use the "Update CVR Data" option in the Danish CVR Lookup panel to update existing information
  * Use the "Search Companies" option available in the settings of the app under connected apps
  * Don't forget to check the organization details after the integration runs.

<Accordion title="I do not want to create contacts automatically when adding companies. Is there any other way?">
  Yes, you can disable the "**Create Contacts**" checkbox under "Customized Mappings" > "Person Field Mappings". You can always enable it later if needed.

<Accordion title="I am unable to update some specific company data using this app. What should I do?">
  The integration fetches data from virk.dk (Danish Central Business Registry). If any specific data is unavailable, you can cross check it with virk.dk

<Accordion title="What if a company is not found in the search results?">
  If you can't find a company, try:

  * Searching with the exact CVR number
  * Checking if the company information is available in virk.dk

<Accordion title="What if financial data is not showing for a company?">
  Check:

  * If the company has financial data available in virk.dk
  * Your field mappings in the integration settings
  * Note that some companies might be exempt from financial reporting requirements

<Accordion title="I have mapped the fields but I can't see the data in Pipedrive?">
  Check:

  * Your field mappings in the app settings
  * If all required fields are properly mapped

<Accordion title="Will I be charged if the integration fails due to a setting error at my end?">
  No. Failed integration attempts are not counted towards your usage limits. You will only be charged when you successfully create or update a company.

<Accordion title="How can I perform a bulk update of company data?">
  To perform a bulk update:

  * Select all the organizations and click on the three-dot icon
  * Click on '**CVR Bulk Update**'
  * Select the companies you want to update
  * Click on '**Update**'

<Accordion title="The synced company data is missing some information. How can I correctly update this information?">
  * Go to Connected Apps in Pipedrive Settings
  * Navigate to sync settings
  * Review and update your field mappings
  * Save your changes, perform an individual update or a bulk update

<Accordion title="How do I find leads with this application?">
  Use the 'Find Leads' option in the app settings to customise your search by location, number of employees, industry type, and company status to find different Danish companies.

<Accordion title="I'm seeing an error message that says 'Products are not enabled for the company'. How do I fix this?">
  To resolve this issue, you need to enable Products in your Pipedrive account:

  * Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of Pipedrive
  * Select "**Tools and apps**" from the dropdown menu
  * Click on "**Products**"
  * Click the button to enable products for your company

<Accordion title="How do I update the financial data from virk.dk in Pipedrive?">
  Go to an organization in Pipedrive and click on "Update CVR Data" option from the Danish CVR Lookup panel. This will update the financial data for that particular company from virk.dk.

<Accordion title="Can other users within my company use this integration on their Pipedrive account?">
  Yes, other Pipedrive users within the same company can also use the integration at NO additional cost. All they need to do is simply install the Danish-CVR-Lookup integration from Cloudify on their respective Pipedrive accounts.
