# Common Shopify Economic Errors & Fixes

1. **Missing Customer in Shopify Order**

A customer is not present in the Shopify order. Since a customer is needed to create an invoice in Economic, it is mandatory. Please go to your Shopify order and add a customer to it. Once done click on More actions> Replay Integration.

2. **SKU should not be empty**

**SKU** is not present in your product in the Shopify order. Please go to products in Shopify > Click on the product which is present in the order > Under Inventory section, Add an SKU > Save the changes.

3. **Invoice creation skipped**

You have selected the option to not create an Invoice, when a product from Shopify order is not found in e-conomic.

Please go to Visma economic sync app in cloudify > Product Settings > Go to when a product is not found in **e-conomic** > Choose either to use a default product from Economic or create a new product.

4. **Shipping charge preferences missing**

Settings are not enabled to handle shipping charges in Shopify order.

Please go to Visma economic sync app settings in Shopify> Invoice settings > Under **Additional options**\_- Enable \_**Include Shipping charges** & select a product from the dropdown to be used as a Default Shipping charge line item.

(It is recommended to create a new product directly within Economic named as **Shipping Charges** and select it here.)

5. **Invalid format for e-conomic Customer number**

A Shopify field containing letters has been mapped to be used as E-conomic Customer number. E-conomic only accepts numerical values for Customer number.

Please go to *Visma economic sync* app settings in Shopify> Customer settings > Under '**How to handle customer number in e-conomic**' from the dropdown select '**Let e-conomic create customer number**'
