You have two choices when performing product sync in Fortnox: 1. Simple Search: (using a specific field) 2. Direct Link (no searching) Image **Note**: This step is crucial for accurate invoicing and inventory management. If the product is not found, one of the options shown in the next section below is applied, where the “**Skip invoice generation**” option is selected by default. ### Product Not Found in Fortnox 1. If you select "**Skip invoice generation"**, no invoice will be generated. 2. If you select **Use a default product**, you can select an existing product to be used for invoice generation. 3. If you select **Create a new product in Fortnox**, a new product will be created based on the product field mapping and added to the invoice. Image ### Tax settings Enable this option to exclude any taxes from Shopify orders when creating Fortnox invoices. Only the relevant Fortnox tax will be applied if this option is enabled. Cloudify itself does not calculate taxes; it relies entirely on your existing tax settings in Fortnox. Image ### Product Field Mappings   Define the field mappings from Shopify to Fortnox for invoice creation. The selected fields will be mapped. Some fields are mapped by default. Image **Note:** You can perform field mapping for products only if you have selected **Create new product** as the option for the product not found.
