# Common Shopify Fortnox Errors & Fixes

  SKU is absent in your Shopify product present in the order. Please go to products in Shopify > Click on the product which is present in the order > Under Inventory section, Add an SKU > Save the changes.

  This happens due to the connection with Fortnox getting expired.

  Please go to Fortnox sync app > Settings > Click on connection and Reconnect your Fortnox account

  Customer is not present in the shopify order. Since a customer is needed to create an invoice in Fortnox, it is mandatory. Please go to your Shopify order and add a Customer to it. Once done click on More actions> Replay Integration.

  The VAT applied to you Shopify order is not present in your Fortnox account. Please add the VAT Code in Fortnox **Invoicing** settings.

  You have selected the option to not create an Invoice, when a product from Shopify order is not found in Fortnox.

  Please go to Fortnox sync app settings in cloudify > Product Settings > Go to '**If a product is not found in Fortnox'** ****section > Choose either to Use a default product from Fortnox or Create a new product.****

  Settings are not enabled to handle shipping charges in Shopify order.

  Please go to Fortnox sync app settings in Shopify> Invoice settings > Under Additional options- Enable **Include Shipping charges** & select a product from the dropdown to be used as a Default Shipping charge line item.

  (It is recommended to create a new product directly within Fortnox named as **Shipping Charges** and select it here.)

  The currency used in Shopify order is not present in Fortnox account. Please add the Currency in Fortnox **Invoicing** settings.
