# Cancel your subscription

> How to cancel your Shopify–Xero integration plan. 

## Steps to cancel

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Subscription">
    In your Shopify admin, go to **Apps** → [**Xero Integration by Cloudify**](https://apps.shopify.com/cloudify-xero-sync?search_id=3a84ae41-05c0-4107-a324-f4c5d5b9fc5f\&surface_detail=xero\&surface_inter_position=1\&surface_intra_position=9\&surface_type=search), then click **Subscription** in the left sidebar.

    Or from the **Cloudify dashboard**, click **Manage** under the Plan details section.

  <Step title="Cancel your plan">
    On the subscription page, click **Cancel subscription** in the top-right corner.

  <Step title="Confirm cancellation">
    A confirmation dialog will appear. Review the downgrade impact, then click **Yes, Cancel My Subscription**.
