# Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure you meet the following requirements.

## 1. Account Access

* **WooCommerce**: Your WordPress site must have WooCommerce installed and active. The plugin can then be accessed from your WordPress admin panel.
* **Active Xero Account**: Confirm your Xero account is active and that you have administrative privileges to connect apps and configure settings.
* **Active Cloudify Subscription**: An active Cloudify subscription is required to use the integration. A free trial is available if you have not yet subscribed.

## 2. Authentication Credentials

**Credentials Ready**: Gather your login details for both Xero and Cloudify. These are required for secure authentication during the setup process.

## 3. Understanding Your Business Workflow

**Business Processes**: Have a foundational understanding of your order management, invoicing, customer records, and product catalogue processes. This will help you configure the integration effectively and ensure data flows match your actual business operations.
