- Active Exact Online account — Your account is active and you have administrative privileges to connect third-party apps.

Have your Exact Online login credentials ready. During setup you will be redirected to Exact Online to log in and authorize the connection.

Know how your order management, payment collection, and fulfillment work today. The integration’s sync rules (when to invoice, how to match customers and products, how to handle tax) map directly onto these processes — so a clear picture up front makes configuration faster and more accurate.
