How Does It Work?

Country Selection — Select the country from the drop-down box.
You can select only one country at a time to set mappings.

Map basic company data for your selected country. The following fields are available for Denmark, UK, Sweden, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, and Finland: company number, company name, country name, company address, industry code, legal form, company registration date, and status.
Additional country-specific fields:

- Australia — state and zip code
- Finland — city and language
- Denmark — registration number, phone, and email
- Norway — municipality, industry description, state, zip code, and extra information
- Sweden — industry description
- Switzerland — state, zip code, capital nominal
- UK — capital nominal
Data sources:
- Australia: Australian Business Registry Services (ABRS)
- Finland: Finnish Patent and Registration Office (PRH)
- Denmark: Det Centrale Virksomhedsregister (CVR)
- Norway: Brønnøysund Register Centre
- Sweden: Bolagsverket
- Switzerland: Commercial Register
- UK: Companies House

Review each row to ensure the VAT fields are correctly mapped to Pipedrive properties.

Use the “Actions” button to adjust any mappings as needed. Click “Save” once done.

If a required field doesn’t exist in Pipedrive, click “Create a new Pipedrive property” to add it.

Use the search bar to find specific fields quickly if you have many to review.
