Create Invoice/Order Sync Rules

Customize how invoices or orders are generated in e-conomic by linking them to your Pipedrive sales flow.

Select a Pipeline

Select a Pipeline from the drop-down menu. This links the creation of invoices or orders to a specific sales pipeline in Pipedrive, ensuring they are generated at the right stage in your sales process — reducing manual entry errors and improving efficiency.

Select the Deal Stage

Select the Deal Stage from the drop-down menu. This is the specific stage within the sales pipeline that will trigger the creation of an invoice or order in e-conomic, ensuring the invoicing process aligns perfectly with your established sales flow.

Choose Order or Invoice type

Choose the Order/Invoice from the drop-down menu. This determines whether a draft invoice or a draft order is created in e-conomic when the deal reaches the selected stage.

Add the Pipeline

After selecting all the required options, click Add Pipeline.
Click Add Pipeline to save the configuration

Continue to the next step

The pipeline will be added to the list. Click Next to continue.
