Follow the steps below to install the app, generate your Tripletex API token, and connect your account to Shopify.

Installation

Install the App

Open Shopify-Tripletex by Cloudify from the Shopify App Store, select Install, and click “Let’s Get Started” to authorize the installation.

Connect to Tripletex

Click “Connect to Tripletex”. You’ll be prompted to enter your Tripletex API token.Before generating a token, note the following:
The integration module must be activated in Tripletex before you can generate a token. Without that module, the connection process cannot continue.
To generate your Tripletex API token:
  1. Log in to Tripletex — If needed, switch to the correct company by clicking the company name in the header.
  2. Open the employee record — Go to Company → Employees in the left menu. Open the employee whose access rights will be used for this integration.
  3. Open API access — Inside the employee record, go to API access and click New token.
  4. Configure the token — Select Adapted setup and All entitlements. Enter the application name as Cloudify_Shopify, then enter a token name and click Create token.
  5. Copy the token — Copy the generated token and click OK.
Store the token securely as soon as it is created. Tripletex will not show it again.
Once you have the token, paste it into the token field in the app and click Connect Tripletex.
Make sure you are connecting with the token from the correct Tripletex company account. Administrative privileges are required to complete this step.
