Why this happens: This happens due to the connection with Tripletex getting expired.How to fix this: Please go to Tripletex app > Settings > Click on connection and reconnect your Tripletex account.
SKU should not be empty
Why this happens: SKU is absent in your Shopify product present in the order.How to fix this: Please go to Products in Shopify > Click on the product which is present in the order > Under the Inventory section, add an SKU > Save the changes.
Missing Customer in Shopify Order
Why this happens: A customer is not present in the Shopify order. Since a customer is needed to create an invoice in Tripletex, it is mandatory.How to fix this: Please go to your Shopify order and add a customer to it. Once done, click on More actions > Replay Integration.
Invoice Status Invalid
Why this happens: The originally created invoice is not present in Tripletex at the expected stage. It has either moved to a different stage or has been voided/deleted in Tripletex.
Invoice creation skipped
Why this happens: You have selected the option to not create an invoice when a product from the Shopify order is not found in Tripletex.How to fix this: Please go to Tripletex app settings in Cloudify > Product Settings > Go to When a product is not found in Tripletex > Choose either to use a default product from Tripletex or create a new product.
Shipping charge preferences missing
Why this happens: Settings are not enabled to handle shipping charges in the Shopify order.How to fix this: Please go to Tripletex app settings in Shopify > Invoice Settings > Under Additional options — enable Include Shipping Charges & select a Tripletex product from the dropdown to be used as a default shipping charge line item.
It is recommended to create a new product directly within Tripletex named Shipping Charges and select it here.
