Company Matching Criteria (B2B)

From the “HubSpot Company Identifier” dropdown, select the HubSpot field you want to use for matching (e.g., Company Name, Email).

From the “QuickBooks Company Field” dropdown, select the corresponding field in QuickBooks. This ensures both platforms refer to the same company data when syncing, maintaining consistency across systems.

Enable Individual Contact Sync (B2C)

Enable this only if you deal with individual contacts as well.
This feature is essential for businesses dealing directly with consumers. It allows individual contacts from HubSpot to be added to QuickBooks as customers when there is no associated company.
