Setting Up the Pipedrive to Xero Integration

Now that you’ve installed the app and connected your accounts, it’s time to configure how information flows between Pipedrive and Xero. The quick install already covered the essential settings. With this guide, you will be able to customise your app further if needed.

Finding the Settings Page

Open My Apps

Find the Marketplace icon in the top right of the page, click on the My Apps icon, and select the Xero app from the list.

Open Settings

Select Settings.
Select Settings from the Xero app options

What You Can Configure Here

From the Settings page, you can make changes across the following areas. Click and navigate to the relevant section in the left panel to proceed.

Customer Settings

Configure how customer data is synced between Pipedrive and Xero.

Product Settings

Define how products are mapped and synced across both platforms.

Invoice/Quote Settings

Control how invoices and quotes are generated and managed.

Connect / Disconnect Xero

Manage your Xero account connection at any time.

Manage Your Subscription

View and update your current subscription plan.
