Use these settings to define when an order or invoice should be created and which HubSpot fields should be sent to Tripletex.

Order/Invoice Sync Rules

Choose which pipeline and deal stage should trigger order or invoice creation. For example, if you want an order to be created when a deal is won, select the relevant pipeline and then choose the correct deal stage. You can add more pipelines by clicking Add Pipeline.

Available options

You can configure:
  • Which HubSpot pipeline should be used
  • Which deal stage should trigger the sync
  • Whether the integration should generate an order or an invoice
The source page also notes that you can attach an invoice PDF after successful invoice creation.

Order/Invoice Field Mappings

You can add new mappings for the fields you want to populate from HubSpot to Tripletex. Some mappings are already added by default. To update mappings:
  1. Click Actions
  2. Select Edit Mapping
  3. To add a new field, click Create new HubSpot property
  4. Enter the property name and choose the property type
  5. Save the changes

The Delivery date field is mandatory. The integration can fail if it is not mapped correctly.
