Use these settings to control when invoices or orders should be created in e-conomic and how Stripe invoice data should be mapped.

Invoice Sync Rules

Choose when the integration should trigger invoice creation. You can create the e-conomic document when the Stripe invoice is:
  • Sent
  • Paid
Then choose what should be created in e-conomic:
  • Draft Invoice
  • Booked Invoice
  • Draft Order
After selecting the correct stages, click Save.

Invoice Or Order Field Mappings

Use the Invoice/Order field mappings tab to control how Stripe payment and billing information appears on your e-conomic invoices. This includes mapping fields such as:
  • Delivery Address
  • Delivery City
  • Delivery Country
  • Delivery Postal Code
  • Delivery Date
  • Delivery Terms

Edit A Mapping

Click Edit next to the field you want to update. Then choose the correct Stripe field from the dropdown list.

Save The Mappings

After reviewing your mappings, click Save Mappings.

Map similar field types between Stripe and e-conomic to ensure accurate data transfer.

How Invoice Sync Runs

When an invoice sync runs, the integration follows this order:
  1. Check for the customer in e-conomic and create the customer if needed
  2. Check for products and handle them according to your product sync settings
  3. Create the invoice or order using your selected invoice sync settings
