1. Xero Account Disconnected
Why this happens: The connection with Xero has expired and needs to be re-authenticated.
How to fix this:
Open the app
Open the Xero Integration by Cloudify app from Connected Apps.
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings and click the Connect/Disconnect Xero button.
Reconnect
Reconnect your Xero account.
Why this happens: A company is either not associated with the deal, or the app settings are not configured to sync when only a contact is associated with the deal.
How to fix this:
3. Account Is Not Valid as a Default Account
Why this happens: The sales account mapped under customer default mappings is not suitable for revenue posting. The account must be of type Revenue in Xero.
How to fix this:
Open the app
Open the Xero Integration by Cloudify app from Connected Apps.
Go to Customer Default Mappings
Navigate to Settings → Customers → Customer Default Mappings.
Update the sales account
Locate Default Sales Account and select the correct Revenue type account from the dropdown.
Save
Click Save to apply the changes.
4. Product / Line Item Not Present in HubSpot Deal
Why this happens: No line item or product is associated with this HubSpot deal. Xero requires at least one line item to create an invoice.
How to fix this:
Add a product directly to the deal in HubSpot, then re-trigger the integration by changing the deal stage back and forth.
Open the app
Open the Xero Integration by Cloudify app from Connected Apps.
Go to Products
Navigate to Settings → Products.
Enable the fallback option
Locate the “Do You Have Deals Without Products?” section and enable the checkbox.
Select a default product
Select a Xero product from the dropdown list.
Save
Click Save to apply the changes.
